This material compiles all of the self-mastery modules for the Days 2 and 3 of the Entrep-Eskwela training program. In terms of topics, this training manual assists the instructor mostly on delivering seminars or programs that pertain to entrepreneurship mindset and values. Specifically, this module tackles topics that involve the development of the participant's ways of thinking, feeling, and doing. The first modules of the module covers the step-by-step guide on how to use the left hemisphere for logical thinking (BaTukTaLi) and right hemisphere (open mind, playful mind) for creative thinking in order to effectively assess and decide on a day-to-day basis. The module also introduces the art of tapping into the "intuit" or intuitive thinking which goes beyond the conscious way of processing information in the brain. This kind of thinking largely refers to the ability to use the gut or "kutob" in dealing with normal challenges in life.
Apart from discussing the ways of thinking, the manual also includes some lessons on understanding the nature of human feelings and how they can be read and dealt with. These modules on feelings aims to help the participants gain a degree sensitivity on other people's emotion. Lastly, this manual also adds a couple of modules on work ethics, communication skills, and leadership that teach the participants how to finish the job at hand, to negotiate and express with manners, and to handle a group.
