This training manual is part of the Entrep-Eskwela series developed by Bayan Academy and Center Community Transformation to help trainors educate the participants on what is entrepreneurship in the general sense. It has three main modules, each with a set of objectives, facilitator notes, and handouts for the use of the trainor. First of its modules is dedicated to tackle the entrepreneurial mindset, how entrepreneurship differs from livelihood, and characteristics of a successful entrepreneur to inspire people in starting their own social enteprise. On the other hand, the next module closely talks about the importance of agenda setting and creation of personal vision or goals that can map out their definition or own version of individual success. Lastly, the third module focuses more on personal wealth management and how an individual should plan his or her finances, how to achieve their financial independence, and how to livelihood and entrepreneurship can be good ways to earn income.
