While these values are surely important for keeping the moral integrity of the organization, members do seem to forget to enstate members of notable knowledge and skills on running the cooperative operations. In order to help these coop directors unleash their innate leadership skills that would greatly impact their contributions to the cooperative, ACCU developed this training manual.
