With the aim to impress importance of recognition of values within the cooperative the module incorporates various materials that touch up on different factors that comprise important values a cooperative should have through a round up. This is achieved through discussion of the importance of value-based cooperation where different perspectives were discussed and how these perspectives interact holistically.One of the factors discussed is the definition of coop success is also discussed through exploration of various factors that compromise the success such as value to members, quality growth, and sector development. Another factor is the ability to capitalize on the coop value's uniqueness, in this factor the key concept of being able to identify the characteristic that sets apart the cooperative from other is discussed and how it is important to gain grasp of this concept in order to better present the cooperative's strength. Lastly, the use of the balanced scorecard is also discussed as a guiding tool in evaluating the cooperative values to help cooperatives keep track of what values need to be kept and improved upon.
