Abstract

This handbook discusses the similarities and differences, as well as the key concepts underlying between the topics of job evaluation and job analysis. It also elaborates the process of job evaluation and job analysis in determining the competitive salary for an employee like benchmarking within the market value, assigning salary grade for the assigned job, and using the point system as an alternative way of  deciding salary.
