Abstract

Accounts are drivers of the company operations and determinants of the organization's performance. The better the way these things are handled, the higher the chances that the client who entrusted the account would avail of the services of the company again. So in this seminar handout prepared by ExeQserve for NATCCO, several proven field practices on account relationship management (ARM) are provided. This material is divided into five main comprehensive modules, each with specialized tests and activities for better understanding of anchor concepts per topic. The course introduces a few techniques on how to discover our own individual personality and how our own disposition can be adjusted to complement other personality types. Furthermore, it teaches the readers how to manage their work, time, and resources as these are needed for effective prioritization among employees handling multiple accounts at once. It also emphasizes the value of communicating effectively and with impact, both with co-workers during times of conflict and with clients when the company brand is being endorsed. The use of this material is advantageous for people who may need skilling in terms of handling and overseeing company or organizational accounts.
