The Perpetual Help Multi-purpose Cooperative (PHCCI) envisions itself to be the premier cooperative in all of  Eastern Visayas. As it celebrated its 48th year of founding in 2016, the cooperative decided to publish its annual report of challenges and achievements in terms of its organizational purposes and goals. This 2016 Annual Report contains PHCCI's cooperative legacies, internal committee reports, and audited financial statements to paint a picture of its activity and performance for the year. It also tackles the history of the cooperative, its dilemma with the past executive committee that gave way for them to create a management committee to oversee the administrative operations, and how they plan to move forward and grow. The report also includes a complete tabulation of its board regulations, rundown of trainings, seminars, and conferences attended by its BOD and committe officers, and a list of their board members, committee members, managers, supervisors and branch personels in the main and satellite offices for 2016.
