We gladly invite you to NATCCO’s 1st Virtual Mental Health Summit on September 7-9, 2021, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, via Zoom.

Mental health is a component of general health and well-being. With this summit, we are uncovering the other layers and concepts that are associated with well-being but are considered under the roster of mental health. By having a better understanding of what encompasses mental health and looking at it from a bird’s eye perspective, we see that it has a wide-reaching scope and varied topics and perspectives. Through the summit, we invite participants to open their eyes to more self-awareness, with the focus shifted on being empowered to enhance one’s mental health to become better leaders, managers, and workers in the co-op. The agenda is to move for positive action leading to stronger and better selves and organizations.

 
Summit objectives include:
1. Discuss the aspects of mental health in relation to well-being;
2. Explore the facets of mental health by contextualizing with the self, co-op work (productivity), and wellness; and
3. Be open to exploration, self-awareness, and reflections with exciting and relevant topics on mental health and wellness towards personal and organizational resiliency towards the achievement of co-op goals.

Exciting workshops and relevant topics have been prepared to fit the varied needs of the cooperators in achieving optimum mental health and wellbeing. We have invited stellar speakers from various expertise and exposures on mental health to make this 1st NATCCO Mental Health Summit truly fun and worthwhile.

Registration Fee: P3,500. Co-ops can also charge it to their CETF Remittance to NATCCO.
