What is a cooperative, and who regulates them?

What is the difference between Regular and Associate members?

  • Regular Member: Complied with all membership requirements; entitled to all rights and privileges, including the right to vote and be voted upon.
  • Associate Member: Entitled to specific privileges under co-op by-laws but does not hold voting rights.
