KAYA Payment Platform
Kaya Savings enables users to conveniently pay bills and manage financial transactions, including seamless fund transfers directly from their savings account. An account that stores Philippine Peso value in the KAYA system, which is linked to the Account Holders mobile phone and may or may not be evidenced by a physical Card.
You can open a savings account by visiting a coop branch, applying online through the internet banking, or using a mobile banking app. You will typically need to provide identification.
The new app, labeled KAYA mobile, is available for download via App Store for IOS and Google Play for Android
We activate mobile banking when using it for the first time, after reinstalling the app, or when switching to a new device to ensure secure access and protect account information.

- Download the mobile app from the Google Play Store/ App Store
- Open the app and press the "Activate Mobile" button.
- Enter your user ID (received via email) and your mobile number, starting with 63 (e.g., 639291852321).
- Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm the new password. Your KAYA password must be 8-12 characters long, including at least 1 capital letter and 1 number. Once done, submit.
- You will receive a text from KAYA containing a one-time password (OTP). Enter the OTP to activate your account.
- Your KAYA account is now active. Use user ID and new password to log in.
There is no maintaining balance for your KAYA account but we do not recommend a zero balance to prevent automatically closing of accounts without notice.
- You can attempt to enter your PIN up to 3 times within a 24-hour period.
- If you lose your PIN and cannot remember it, you will need to contact your co-op and request a card replacement.
Your debit card will be permanently blocked if you enter the wrong PIN nine times within a 72-hour period (with a maximum of three attempts per day). After reaching the 3 attempts, you will need to wait 24 hours before you can make another three attempts.
From the login screen, click "Forgot Password" and enter your User ID along with your registered email address or mobile number. Once the information is verified, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS or email. Enter the OTP, and if its valid, you can set a new password and submit. You can now log in using your new password.
Your password must be 8-12 alphanumeric characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
Download Kaya App then follow the instructions on #5. The old activated app will be disabled.
Yes, but before doing so, you have to contact your branch to request for password reset because the user ID was linked to the IP phone device for security measurement. After you have been notified by your branch, you may proceed to reactivate your mobile banking
service using your new device. (Please see procedure on Account reactivation)
Yes, you can download the KAYA Mobile App from the Google Play Store on your new mobile device.

Check if you have entered the correct User ID or phone number (start with 639). Follow procedure on Account reactivation.

Transfer to Own Account:
- Open your KAYA app.
- Go to "Transfers".
- Choose “Transfer to own Account”
- Select the Source account from the Dropdown
- Select the Target Account from the dropdown.
- Input the desired amount and description
- Click “Transfer Money”
- A summary of the transaction will prompt, then click the “Transfer Money” button.
- Input your MPIN to confirm your transaction
- You may view the receipt and send it to your registered email address or directly download it to your device.
Transfer to Another KAYA:
- Open your KAYA app.
- Go to "Transfers".
- Choose “Transfer to Another KAYA”
- Select the Source account from the Dropdown
- Input the Target Account Number
- Add the Beneficiary Alias
- Enter the desired amount
- Click “Next”
- A Summary of transaction will display. Click “Transfer Money”
- Provide the MPIN
- Once the MPIN is validated, you may view the receipt and send it to your registered email address or directly download it to your device.
Transfer to Another Coop:
- Open your KAYA app.
- Go to "Transfers".
- Choose “Transfer to Another Coop”
- Select the Source account from the Dropdown
- Select the Source Branch from the dropdown
- Choose the Target Source Coop and Branch from the dropdowns.
- Enter the Beneficiary Account Number
- Input the desired Amount and Description
- Click “Next”
- Provide your MPIN
- Once the MPIN is validated, you may view the receipt and send it to your registered email address or directly download it to your device.
- Open your KAYA app
- Navigate to “Pay Load”
- Choose “Bills Pay”
- Choose the Category of the biller you want to pay
- Click “Enter New Biller” (if there is no enrolled Biller yet)
- Choose the Source Account from the dropdown
- Choose the Biller from the dropdown
- Enter the details on the required fields (e.g. Account Number, Account Name)
- Input the Amount
- Click “Next”
- A Summary of transaction will display.
- Click “Pay Bill”
- Provide MPIN to verify the transaction.
- Once the MPIN is validated, you may view the receipt and send it to your registered email address or directly download it to your device.
- Open your KAYA app
- Navigate to “Pay Load”
- Choose “E-Wallet Cash-in”
- Choose the Source Account from the dropdown
- Choose the Service from the Dropdown (e.g. Globe Gcash 100-40000)
- Enter the required details and input the amount.
- Click “Next”
- A Summary of transaction will display.
- Click “Cash-in”
- Provide MPIN to verify the transaction.
- Once the MPIN is validated, you may view the receipt and send it to your registered email address or directly download it to your device.
- Open your KAYA app
- Navigate to “Pay Load”
- Choose “Prepaid Load”
- Choose the Source Account from the dropdown
- Choose the “Telco Name” from the Dropdown (e.g. DITO, SMART, GLOBE)
- Choose the “Telco Description” from the Dropdown (e.g. FB15, AMAX 10)
- Enter the required details and input the amount.
- Click “Next”
- A Summary of transaction will display.
- Click “Cash-in”
- Provide MPIN to verify the transaction.
- Once the MPIN is validated, you may view the receipt and send it to your registered email address or directly download it to your device.
Transfers to other banks are not available yet. We are still in the process of qualifying for EMV.
Yes, you may enroll in an additional savings account but subject to coop branch approval.
No. EKoopBanker (EKBP) and KAYA are currently not integrated; therefore, direct transfers between the two systems are not yet supported.
