In this age when our co-ops are confronted with the challenges of the new normal, utilizing technology to provide services, connecting with members and leaders, and enhancing staffs' productivity is urgent and necessary. Charles Darwin once said, "it is not the strongest of species that survives, nor the most intelligent. It is the one that is most adaptable to change." And in today's reality, adaptability in using technology would not only help us survive but thrive.

We believe that we have the technology at our disposal to help us thrive and emerge stronger and resilient co-ops.  One technology that we can maximize is the G Suite of Google.  G Suite is a free productivity and collaboration tool that enables us to maximize Google functions in achieving our work goals efficiently and effectively.  It can boost our staff's productivity in this time of ECQ/GCQ and can be accessed seamlessly in different gadgets.  In this regard, we invite your staff to join the Google-certified G Suite Productivity Training on July 1, 2020, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

The webinar aims to help the participants:

  • Understand how G Suite can enhance messaging, learning and collaboration across the co-op;
  • Learn the different features and key capabilities of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms), Google Hangouts, Google Meet, and Google Sites.  Emphasis is to be given to Google Meet for online conferences, meetings, and training.
  • Apply learnings in using G Suite to everyday functions

The training will be given by Kollab, the first and only Google Cloud Premier Partner in the Philippines.  The training includes a certificate of completion signed by a G Suite Certified resource from Kollab.  Whether you’re new to G Suite or trying to pick up new tips, the webinar will guide you to the right functionalities.  For this training, your co-op must have a Gmail or account.  If not, it is required that you open a Gmail account and use Google Chrome as your browser.  Suggested participants are CEOs/Managers, Branch Managers, HR, IT, OF Focal Person, and Membership.

Registration Fee:  P2,000, with Certificate of Participation from Kollab.  Once paid, please send us a copy of the deposit slip so that we can acknowledge, issue a receipt, and send the link to the training.

To make the learning more focused and interactive, we are limiting the number of participants to 35 persons only. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be done through this link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd8V4iG_EH7geWUOSBxPyMhM_PQ-gNxnAV994dPBg2WOxQN6Q/viewform  Please note that the form should be filled up individually.  If your co-op will send more than one participant, each participant must register using the link.  We will also do a test call days before the training for familiarity and comfortability of the participants.
