Aflatoun Fireball Reaches Zamboanga

ZAMBOANGA CITY – NATCCO Network’s flagship youth program Aflatoun came to the Culianan Branch of Micro-Entrepreneurs Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MEMPCO) last June.


Under Aflatoun, cooperatives partner with schools to combat poverty through integration of its Five (5) Core Elements in the DepEd Curriculum: Personal Understanding and Exploration, Rights and Responsibilities, Saving and Spending, Planning and Budgeting, and Child Social & Financial Enterprise.


The implementation of Aflatoun here was made possible thru partnership with the DepEd Division Office of Zamboanga City headed by Assistant Regional Director Pedro Melchor M. Natividad-CSEE.


NATCCO’s youth team was headed by Anna Laurene del Rosario.
